Terms, Conditions and Booking Policies

Following terms, conditions and policies apply to ALL Asylum Paintball bookings, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

 

Deposits

All bookings, unless otherwise stated, require a minimum of $100 security deposit.

Security deposits are to be held by Asylum Paintball until the booking has commenced.

Security deposits can be used as a form of store credit (to an equivalent value of the deposit) with Asylum Paintball, such store credit can be used to purchase merchandise, goods and services from Asylum Paintball only.

Security deposits (or the remainder of) can be refunded after the booking has been completed, providing it was not fully consumed as a store credit.

Party Room hire, in cases where a booking includes a party room hire, a portion of the Security Deposit ($50) will be retained as a bond.
At the end of the booking, organizer and Asylum Paintball staff member/representative go through party room check and fill-in the PARTY ROOM HIRE CHECKLIST, the bond is then refunded (either fully or partially), based on the results of such check .

Unsecured bookings (bookings without prepayment or a paid security deposit) will be automatically cancelled/removed.

Deposit refunds usually processed within 5 business days.

Deposit refunds are subject to booking cancellation terms, conditions and policies.

Security deposits are accepted by Asylum Paintball when payed by following means:

- Over the phone, during normal business hours (Visa and MasterCard)
- Using PayPal (using a card that is accepted by PayPal), at the time of a booking (though our booking system), or by special arrangements (where a payment request will be sent)
- Using Online Payment System (Visa and MasterCard), by following the link found in the booking confirmation email.

- During the week please call us before arriving (meeting date/time needs to be arranged as our office is generally closed to public during the weekdays)
- On Saturdays and Sundays Asylum Paintball business hours are from 10 am through till 6 pm (or later, may vary depending on the bookings, please call us before arriving)

 

Cancellations

Bookings confirmed by Asylum Paintball can be canceled at any time by the booking organizer.

Asylum Paintball reserves the right to cancel any booking with a minimum of 7 days notice to the organizer.

Booking cancellation requests can only be accepted over the phone, email or through the online booking system.

Refunds for any of the payments related to a cancelled booking are processed within 5 business days from the time of cancellation confirmation.

Packages and services that are marked as non-refundable will not be refunded, unless required by law.

Security deposits and prepayments for bookings that are cancelled less than 7 days from booking date will incur charges and only a partial refund will be provided, please check the deposit refund policy below.

When cancellation notice received:

Providing the cancellation notice is received within the 7 day period of booking date, and the package or service are not marked as non-refundable, Asylum Paintball will provide a full (100% of the Deposit or prepayment) refund, within the standard processing period outlined above.

Providing the cancellation notice is received within the period of 2 to 7 days prior to booking, and the package or service are not marked as non-refundable, Asylum Paintball will provide a partial (50% of the Deposit or prepayment) refund, within the standard processing period outlined above.

In the cases where the cancellation notice is received in the period less than 48 hours prior to booking, there will be no refunds provided for deposits or prepayments, unless required by law.

 

Time and Date Changes

Bookings confirmed by Asylum Paintball can be requested to have a time and/or date changed at any time by the booking organizer.

Asylum Paintball reserves the right to change the time of any booking with a minimum of 7 days notice to the organizer.

Booking time and/or date change requests can only be accepted over the phone, email or through the online booking system.

Booking time and/or date change requests do not guarantee the acceptance of such change until an official confirmation by Asylum Paintball has been provided to the booking organizer.

Booking time and/or date changes are subject to availability of packages, booking time slots and operation hours at given time and date.

Asylum Paintball reserves the right to refuse any of the time and/or date change requests, without further explanations.

First change of time and/or date for any booking is provided free of charge. Further changes (providing accepted by Asylum Paintball) incur administration fee of $25 for each change.

Packages and services that are marked as non-transferable and/or marked as fixed-date can not be moved to another date and/or time.

 

Covered Shoes

All individuals attending Asylum Paintball premises are required to wear fully covered shoes/footwear.

All individuals participating in the activity of paintball or any other activity provided by Asylum Paintball are required to wear covered shoes/footwear.

Individuals wearing open-toed foot wear (jandals, sandals, flip-flops etc.) are explicitly prohibited to participate in any activities offered/provided by Asylum Paintball.

Asylum Paintball reserves the right to refuse the service to any individual not wearing covered shoes/footwear.

Asylum Paintball reserves the right to remove from their premises any individual not wearing covered shoes/footwear.

 

Intoxication and Misconduct

All individuals attending Asylum Paintball premises are required to be in a sound state of mind, meaning - having the capacity to think, reason, and understand for oneself.

Individuals affected by (under the influence of) alcohol and/or other drugs (prescription or otherwise) are explicitly prohibited to participate in any activity provided by Asylum Paintball.

Asylum Paintball reserves the right to refuse the service to any individual affected by (under the influence of) alcohol and/or other drugs (prescription or otherwise).

Asylum Paintball reserves the right to remove from their premises any individual affected by (under the influence of) alcohol and/or other drugs (prescription or otherwise).

Asylum Paintball reserves the right to refuse service and immediately remove from their premises any individual considered to be disorderly or performing act of misconduct, without further explanations.

 

Start Time and Group Arrivals

All groups are expected to arrive around 15 minutes prior to the booking start time.

Where the packages are limited by time Asylum Paintball can only guarantee the allocated time, if the group arrives and checks in prior or on time for their booking.

In case of the group running late for their booking Asylum Paintball reserves the right to decrease the allocated time relative to how late the group is.

Booking organizer is expected to call or otherwise notify Asylum Paintball if the group is running late.

Upon arrival group is expected to identify themselves to Asylum Paintball and complete the check in process.

 

Visitor Check-in / Registration

ALL (playing and non-playing) site visitors are required to complete the sign-in/registration process.

ALL (playing and non-playing) visitors must comply with entry rules & conditions, presented upon registration.

Individuals who have not completed waiver forms are explicitly prohibited to participate in any of the activities offered/provided by Asylum Paintball.

Non-complying visitors may be asked to leave without a refund (we do this for your safety and the safety of others).

Every individual over the age of 18 (adult) is required to complete the sign-in/registration process for themselves.

Registration for participants under the age of 18 has to be completed by a parent, legal guardian, or a person otherwise in charge.

Asylum Paintball reserves the right to refuse the service to any individual who has not completed a waiver form.

Asylum Paintball reserves the right to remove from their premises any individual who has not completed the sign-in/registration process.

Asylum Paintball reserves the right to refuse services and remove any individual who refuse to complete the sign-in/registration process, without further explanations.

Sign-in/registration process is considered to be completed once it is officially accepted by Asylum Paintball.

Sign-in/registration forms can only be accepted if they are completed if the following manner:

Sign-in/registration forms can be completed online before arriving for the booking.
Links to online sign-in/registration form can be found in booking confirmation email or on Asylum Paintball's official website.

Online sign-in/registration forms can be completed on site upon arrival for the booking.
Reception area has computer stations allocated for customers to complete the sign-in/registration process online.

Asylum Paintball, upon request, will provide a printed sign-in/registration form, identical in content to online sign-in/registration forms.
Such forms can be filled-in on-site upon the arrival.
